..and even Congress disapproves

Best interests of claimants..a few days ago Reuters released its investigative report detailing Johnson & Johnson had assembled a secret internal team of 30 employees from its finance, risk management, tax and business development operations to take advantage of a bankruptcy loophole to significantly limit the company’s financial liabilities. This revelation follows an earlier Reuters investigation in December 2018, which exposed Johnson & Johnson knowing for decades lab tests proved its talc powder sometimes contained carcinogenic asbestos and the company deliberately hid that information from regulators and the public.
